Fees

Please note, we add a small service charge per ticket to cover the costs associated with selling tickets online and to cover our credit/debit card transaction fees. We do not profit from the extra fees. If you do not wish to pay these fees, then please pop to The Anchor (Abbey Street) or The Three Mariners (Church Road, Oare) where the tickets prices will be £20 / £35 for a day pass / weekend pass respectively.

Child Tickets

Children under 10 can obtain free entry. This is dependant on THREE things. 1) They must be accompanied by a guardian. 2) They must be in receipt of a child's ticket. 3) They must have proof of age. We cannot guarantee entry without all 3 requirements being fulfilled.

Under 16s tickets

You may be required to show proof of age on the door, so please come prepared.

Admission

Right of admission reserved (R.O.A.R.)

No admission without a valid ticket. You must bring your e-ticket with you, by printing the PDF tickets attached to the email you received from EventBrite. All tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be re-sold.

mOare Music is for nice people having a good time. Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be ejected without refund. Guests may be searched on entry to the event. If you are in possession of illegal substances you may be arrested.

You are allowed not to bring in your own food and alcohol. There are fully licensed bars available for you. You will not be allowed to bring in glass bottles or any kind. Broken glass is dangerous for kids and for animals that will be using the garden after the event.  There are no exceptions.

No pet animals are allowed on site other than dogs assisting the visually impaired.

No entry to the site after 9pm each night

All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21.

Refunds

Refunds will only be given consideration on written request before 1st August 2010 and will be subject to a 50% administration charge. If lost there can be no ticket replacement. Tickets are not transferable.

NOTE: SORRY – NO REFUNDS FROM 1 AUGUST 2010, UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.

Artists

The Festival gives no warranty that artists named in the programme and any publicity will perform at any particular time, or at all, and reserves the right to present alternative performers and re-programme events where unforeseen circumstances prevail. However, every effort will be made to carry out the programme as advertised.

No Liability

mOare Music and/or The Three Mariners accepts no liability for injury, or for loss or damage to your personal property or possessions, however caused.

Parking

There is no parking on site. Parking announcements will be made closer to the time.

Miscellaneous

Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of the actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising and/or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
